Deprom has been highly commended in the Digital Innovation Award category at the Offsite Awards 2026 for its work on Peterborough Road – a commercial development being delivered by Legendre UK in Parsons Green, London.
The project will provide approximately 46,000 sq ft of office space at 14 – 16 Peterborough Road. With a narrow site, restricted access and neighbouring buildings close by – the façade required careful planning from design through to installation. Offsite manufacturing made the solution achievable.
Working with Legendre UK from an early stage, Deprom developed a load-bearing precast façade that forms part of the building’s structural solution. Detailed digital modelling and design coordination helped the team plan how the elements would be manufactured off site, delivered to the constrained site and installed.
For Deprom, the commendation recognises the practical role digital design played in turning a complex façade concept into a buildable solution.
