Deprom has been shortlisted in three categories at the Offsite Awards 2026, with its Peterborough Road project recognised for demonstrating how precast concrete can solve complex construction challenges through innovative offsite design and manufacture.
The project has been shortlisted for:
- Best Use of Concrete Technology
- Digital Innovation Award
- Product Innovation Award
The Offsite Awards celebrate excellence in offsite construction, recognising innovation, sustainability, efficient design and manufacturing, and the role of modern methods of construction in improving project delivery.
The shortlisted Peterborough Road development demonstrates how load-bearing precast concrete can be used to simplify construction on challenging urban sites. By combining the structural frame, façade, insulation, brick finish and factory-installed windows into a single engineered solution, Deprom helped reduce on-site activity, improve programme certainty and deliver a high-quality finished building.
The project also highlights the growing role of precast concrete beyond traditional large-scale developments. Designed for a constrained commercial redevelopment in Parsons Green, London, the system shows how carefully engineered offsite solutions can help contractors and developers overcome restricted access, minimise disruption and streamline construction without compromising on design.
Artūrs Kanajevs, Founder & CEO of Deprom, said:
“We’re proud to see Peterborough Road recognised by the Offsite Awards. It challenges the perception that precast is suited only to repetitive high-rise schemes, proving its value on constrained urban sites. Combining a load-bearing precast façade with in-situ concrete slabs remains underused in the UK and offers significant potential for industry growth.”
The latest shortlisting follows recent recognition at the Façades Awards UK, reinforcing the industry’s growing appreciation of the project’s innovative approach to offsite construction and engineered precast solutions.
The winners will be announced at the Offsite Awards ceremony on 15 September at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham.
Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists, and we look forward to celebrating the very best of offsite construction.
