A challenging five-storey mixed-use development on a narrow urban site was delivered using DEPROM’s load-bearing three-layer sandwich panel system, helping overcome severe access, storage and logistics constraints. With 16 party walls and neighbouring residential buildings, the project required a construction approach that could reduce disruption while improving programme certainty.
